Probably one of the biggest WordPress sites done to date. American based Woodworks.org is a resource for technical and education for the design of the non-residential and family wood buildings.

Undertaken when I was working for Signals Design Group, the site features 7 different types of content and a quiz section. My role was to integrate the design into a fluid and mobile friendly template, using Justin Tadlock’s Prototype Theme as a parent to kick start the process.

Quite a lot of the development time was used investigating in-page looping to allow the client to use standard pages to pull in WordPress data from different content types (post types), avoiding the need for archive views. This made it easier for the client to visualise where the content was coming from within the CMS Page Tree View plugin.
